Extravagant Devotion

On Palm Sunday, we worship Christ as King. A woman from Bethany demonstrated her extravagant devotion to Christ as she broke open a vial of expensive perfume and anointed Jesus’ head. Her devotion was personal, sacrificial, and part of her legacy that will always be remembered. Such love could only come from Christ, who loved her first.
