Leaders Are Made, Not Born

In his disciples, Jesus cultivated leadership potential among a pretty average cross-section of His society. Paul saw the same in young Timothy. As Christians today we too have the privilege and responsibility to cultivate leadership, through precept and example, in the arena in which God has placed us, “so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” Scripture from II Timothy 3:10-17.
